Oaking for 14 months has resulted in a symphony of cedar and chocolate notes and I’m certain the vineyard’s Margaret River bush surroundings come through with hints of eucalyptus. 2017 was an outstanding vintage in Margaret River and you can open this one now for a drop of Western Australian magic or keep cellaring for a special occasion” – Jimmy
