“This is a great example of a complex and elegant Margaret River Shiraz from Domaine Naturaliste’s master winemaker Bruce Dukes. The name “Rachis” means stem in Latin and refers to this  practice of fermenting around a third of the grapes with stems still attached before oaking for 12 months.
